If you're interested in participating in the development of the Latin America and the Caribbean Brand Region:
1. Define the team composition. Teams can range from 1 to a maximum of 5 participants in total.
2. Each team will appoint one member to act as the representative and contact point with the Organizing Committee. This representative must fill out the following registration form.
3. In addition to providing their personal information, the representative must attach the following documents via a link to Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, or another platform, as long as it is accessible to the jurors and does not expire:
3.1. The link where we can find the PDFs of the Terms and Conditions of this call and the personal data processing document SIGNED by EACH of the team MEMBERS.
3.2. The link where we can view a PDF letter in which you discuss the motivation to participate in this initiative and introduce all team members with: 1) full names, 2) country and city of residence, 3) email address, 4) identification number and type, 5) company or institution affiliation and current position, 6) date of birth, and 7) mobile phone.
3.3 The link where the curricula vitae of each participant are found, also in PDF.
3.4 The link where we can view the digital portfolios or books of each group member to verify their experience.
3.5 The link where we can see the video presenting in a clear and engaging way why you should be selected to participate in the bootcamp to be held in Sao Paulo, Brazil from May 12 to 15, 2024. Remember, the maximum duration of the video is 2 minutes, vertical format 1080x1920, H264 codec, and good quality in both audio and video. Maximum file size 64 MB. We also expect original and creative content.
Important:
- Participation in the contest is free of charge.
- Once the application has been received, it will not be possible to re-enter the documents or submit modifications.
- CAF reserves the right to reject applications that are submitted late, incomplete, or contain digital files that cannot be opened properly or are faulty, without informing the applicants.
